• Appointments canceled within Timeframe may incur fees. Refund policies are detailed in specific service agreements below:

• Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will then be moved to your new date. Any reschedule requested less than 48 hours in advance may result in your deposit being forfeited.

• Cancellations

Client Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Studio Cancellations: If the studio needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit can either be moved to a new date or refunded, as you prefer.

• Satisfactions

No Refunds: Because tattoos are permanent, sessions are non-refundable, including in cases of dissatisfaction with the final result. Open, honest communication is encouraged throughout the design and tattoo process to help ensure your expectations are met.

Complimentary Touch-Ups: One complimentary touch-up is offered within 6 months of your original session, as long as the recommended aftercare has been followed. Touch-ups needed due to improper aftercare or neglect may be subject to an additional fee.
